Thinking of building an extension or even going a little further and building your own home, let us help.With just one call or e-mail we will arrange a visit to help you get the ball rolling. We can visit a location of your request and help you design and plan before it costs you a thing. We will give you some idea of the approximate cost of your project before you go ahead and proceed with the first stages, of acquiring planning permission and building regulations. If you then wish to proceed we can produce architects drawings and plans for your project and then submit them to the local authorities for planning. Once these have been passed we can then finalise the full cost of your project and give you the option of us project managing your build or you project managing yourself with our help.CONSTRUCTION
We will construct and Install all services to your project to a very high standard.All of our tradesmen and workers respect all customers / clients and produce work of a high quality at a speedy rate. They have many years experience in there field and can over come most un-foreseen problems. They can work on there own initiative and have worked in large company’s as working foremen.All work is carried out to building regulations and is inspected by the relevant authorities ie: council/ NHBC (were appropriate).Work is conducted in a clean and tidy manner following all Health and Safety rules with the least inconvenience to you the customer and neighbouring property and persons.
