Here at SND Building Services we offer different packages for your projects.
Project manage
The full project management package does everything for you, you just sit back and let us construct and manage your build then you move in on completion.We will make a contact with you the client and help you plan and design you project, we will then put all your ideas on paper and help you through the planning and Building regulation process with the local authoroties. We will give you a full detailed estimation with no hidden extras and costs and a weekly update on your project through the construction phases, you will receive written reports and charts to help you understand what is going on in your project.You will be given a start date and finish and this will be adhered to as best as possible.On completion all the relevant certificates and paperwork will be handed to your self's ready for handover and for you to move in.Just construct
We can just build for you if you already have plans and you want to run the project with our help. We will conduct all construction phases to your plans under relevant regulations and keep you updated with progress. Each phase will pass inspections and be handed to you on completion of the full build package.We can just construct certain stages for your project, if you have other builders or trades that you wish to use we will accomadate them at SND Building services Ltd.If you would like us just to construct the Shell and roof if this helps you in your budget we can help here.Or we can project manage a build using trades that you have in mind or bring in at your request.The choice is yours and you can decide what you require to suite your needs and budget.
